Great class from a learning perspective, chef Dorian was AWESOME! Funny, easy to listen to and a great teacher. That being said, if you’re looking for a cooking class of any kind, this isn’t it. When it says “roll your own truffles” I thought we’d be at least melting our own chocolate or making ganache (even if we didn’t use it because of the amount of time it takes to set - which I learned in class)! vs. just rolling pre-made ganache in pre-melted chocolate and pre-made toppings. Not any fault of chef Dorian who was amazing, rather the description of the class wasn’t clear enough.

Chef Dorian is a real master of truffle making! In his hands-on class, truffles are created easily and effortlessly. The entire class was creative and fun. I am definitely taking another class and inviting my family for some family truffle fun!
