Learn to make show-stopping truffles and satisfy your sweet tooth in style with Chef Dorian.
In this hands-on chocolate workshop, Chef Dorian will teach you all of the essentials, plus a few master chocolatier secrets, to handcraft a variety of impressive truffles.
Chef Dorian will help you understand the entire chocolate process from bean to bar and give a brief history on chocolate. Then, you'll get to roll and dip your own truffles in a variety of toppings and learn all you need to know about piping, shaping, and coating. You'll leave with your handiwork and useful tips on buying and properly storing chocolate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Great class from a learning perspective, chef Dorian was AWESOME! Funny, easy to listen to and a great teacher. That being said, if you’re looking for a cooking class of any kind, this isn’t it. When it says “roll your own truffles” I thought we’d be at least melting our own chocolate or making ganache (even if we didn’t use it because of the amount of time it takes to set - which I learned in class)! vs. just rolling pre-made ganache in pre-melted chocolate and pre-made toppings. Not any fault of chef Dorian who was amazing, rather the description of the class wasn’t clear enough.

Chef Dorian is a real master of truffle making! In his hands-on class, truffles are created easily and effortlessly. The entire class was creative and fun. I am definitely taking another class and inviting my family for some family truffle fun!
