Chef Julia was WONDERFUL. My friend said it was like she "appeared out of thin air, taught us some magic, and then disappeared without a trace -- like a fairy!" and she was correct. Julia answered all our questions, was totally accommodating of our various dietary restrictions, and was a joy to be around. Would recommend a class with her to anyone. Thank you for making the last night of our bachelorette weekend a huge hit!

Spectacular experience! Great experience with Chef Greg. We helped a little and learned a few new things on a terrific evening. The food was simple and yet tasty, with the best of every ingredient brought out. Best part will be day two on the sauce that was made. Chef Greg explained what he was doing every step of the way and why it was important. Bonus was that he cleaned / tidied as we ate! Chef Greg was a great choice for our palates and the experience that we wanted to have.

Chef Greg is friendly, knowledgable, organized,clean and efficient. We learned how to make the Five Mother Sauces and he prepared three main courses to demonstrate how they can be used - to delicious effect! He cleaned up the kitchen as we worked so our small workspace never became cluttered. The food was delicious and we had several meals of leftovers, making the experience an incredible value! I look forward to our next class with Chef Greg!

We asked Greg to teach us (2 couples) as a Valentine's day dinner treat and had a blast. Greg was professional, personable and enjoyed teaching. We learned about and made New England style clam chowder, chicken marsala, peppercorn steak, and bananas foster. Each step used fresh, quality ingredients. We were impressed with the restaurant quality dishes prepared so personally and the sprinkling of culinary history in between.

We hired Chef Greg to prepare a four-course Italian meal at home to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a fantastic experience. He arrived on time, brought everything needed, and the food was absolutely delicious. The experience is very flexible—you can focus on learning cooking techniques or simply enjoy the evening and great conversation. We chose the latter, and it made for a relaxed, memorable night. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time with Chef Dee! She explained everything as she prepared and we assisted. She's a very experienced chef who made it fun to cook and talk together. By the time the night was over, we felt like we'd known each other a long time. Our meal was outstanding! And we have to say how impressed we were that she brought everything she needed, and she cleaned up our kitchen spectacularly at the end. We highly recommend any cooking experience with Chef Dee!! Chef Greg was amazing, a man of many talents we learned this evening. The whole experience was way beyond our expectations. The booking process was easy, there were plenty of dates available, and Chef Greg was fabulous. He was very professional, reaching out before the event to make sure that we were all on the same page, arrived early, and his food was delicious. He was very patient, with our teenagers showing them every step of the process and techniques. We will definitely do this again.

GREG IS AMAZING! I have taken cooking classes over the years in NYC and our experience with Greg by far was the best ! Greg came for our cooking class - in my son's college house which looked and was equipped as you may think:) He read the room/told all we could participate/watch or not-it was our night. He taught as he cooked-telling stories-keeping all entertained. We all learned so much-each taking away different tips/concepts depending on our existing skill set. The food was delicious, the recipes absolutely manageable and Greg threw in tips on things to add that ended up giving us 4 different sauce options out of the original tomato sauce. The fact did not go unnoticed that the wonderful gourmet meal we ate came out of the boys kitchen-using their minimal cooking equipment on an old electric stove!! The dishwasher broke the week before yet nothing phases Greg and he left the kitchen cleaner (much) than when he arrived. Overall educational, delicious and fun, fun, fun!

Hired Chef Greg for my wife's birthday to come to our home to bring his culinary delights for just the two of us. Chef Greg was FANTASTIC!. Chef John was great! I think the next class was scheduled too close to ours b/c we had to really rush at the end and we didn't get to enjoy our food b/c we had to eat so fast. I would have preferred to take it home with me or have more time to eat. Kids are slower than grownups and if they are really participating like my granddaughter was, more time should be allowed. Also, no where on the address did it say at - I had to call the 800 number to get that information.

There was supposed to be another couple in the class but they didn’t show, so it was just my us and and I. We had a blast! The chefs were so personable and nice. The food was absolutely delicious, we couldn’t get over how good it was. The reason we give four stars instead of five is because of the address. It gives an address with no name, and it’s located in an outside shopping mall. We could not find it for the life of us, it kept saying it was a restaurant. Turns out it was located inside a cooking store and there was no marking saying it was a host of “cozymeal” cooking classes. But overall great time!! Definitely recommend!
