Explore regional specialties from Italy. A born and bred Roman, Chef Antonella brings Mediterranean culture and sensibilities to the kitchen and will inspire you to create an Italian-themed feast.
Chef Antonella’s menu tastes just as heavenly as it looks. Have fun with your teammates in this hands-on class and learn to make colorful bruschetta, a pasta-filled roasted eggplant, meatballs, potatoes amatriciana and the simplest but purest tiramsu on the planet. All recipes will be explained step-by-step and the masterpieces you create will be enjoyed together with your team at the end of the class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
