Step into a friendly dip-making competition, where your group collaborates, competes and creates in this hands-on team building activity. After learning the basics of building classic guacamole and salsa from an expert chef, your team will split into groups and let their imaginations run wild. Choose from spicy habanero, juicy mango, sweet corn, green chili, fresh herbs and more to mix into your custom creations. Each group will mix up their own signature dips and present them to the judges, served with tortilla chips and veggie dippers. May the best dip win! Perfect for birthdays, celebrations or any special gathering, this flavorful experience brings people together one bite at a time.

We had a great time cooking with Chef Maggie! She provided light background for our vegan meal and offered alternatives along the way. Instructions, demonstrations and the cooking process were on point. It was a fun, relaxing and wine filled night. We loved learning how to massage Kale, make two kinds of gnocchi and a fun alternative for vegan cannoli's. Maggie was great in all ways!!

We had a wonderful time with Chef Maggie! We learned so much from her - she does a great job of explaining and showing what she was doing, then letting us try to do it ourselves. We ended up with a fantastic vegan taco dinner with homemade tortillas and dessert - totally delicious!! Maggie was also just a lovely, easy person to spend time with, was punctual and friendly, and was very gracious and flexible when we had a childcare snafu pop up in the middle of the class. All in all, we had a great time with Chef Maggie and highly, highly recommend her!

Maggie was such a fantastic teacher and made amazingly flavorful food for us! I don't usually expect delicious Vegan European food, but this surpassed all my expectations. My favorite dish of the night was the ratatouille with each flavor note standing out beautifully and paired perfectly with a simple baked potato topped with hollandaise sauce. Yum! The best part was that all the dishes being so simple and healthy, are easily replicable any other time at home. We definitely learned a lot and cannot recommend her enough! Truly a wonderful birthday surprise!

We loved Chef Maggie’s vegan French cooking class. Despite having taken other cooking classes in the past, we learned new knife skills techniques and facts related to the meal from Maggie. She’s a delight to be around and we had fun cooking with her. We particularly appreciated how she set us up for success: focusing our efforts on chopping and tasting for balance, while explaining her cooking technique along the way. The meal was absolutely delicious. We are excited to make it again with her instruction in mind.

Chef Maggie prepared some great vegan dishes and taught us techniques that will really raise our skills. I especially appreciated learning how to make beautiful round pitas that puff and make a pocket. And the falafel were so tender. All the dishes were delicious.

The American Vegan cooking class with Chef Maggie was excellent. She arrived a bit early and was super organized. She has a wonderful personality and the food was sooo good. We cooked the barbeque cauliflower with ranch sauce which was so tasty. The cupcakes and icing were perfect. The zucchini fritters were great and the caesar salad was wonderful. We had so much fun, what a great evening!!!
