Step into a friendly dip-making competition, where your group collaborates, competes and creates in this hands-on team building activity. After learning the basics of building classic guacamole and salsa from an expert chef, your team will split into groups and let their imaginations run wild. Choose from spicy habanero, juicy mango, sweet corn, green chili, fresh herbs and more to mix into your custom creations. Each group will mix up their own signature dips and present them to the judges, served with tortilla chips and veggie dippers. May the best dip win!

This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our partner venues in Sacramento. No kitchen is needed and all necessary materials, including food ingredients and cooking tools, are provided for the class. Please note that travel fees may apply beyond the city center.
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Chef Maggie shares her passion for plant-based cuisine while igniting a love of cooking in her students. She draws inspiration for her menus from an extensive knowledge of global cuisine and locally grown produce. Previous experience at a yoga and wellness retreat and as a sous chef at a vegan restaurant has given her an appreciation of organic ingredients and expert techniques.

Very fun experience Chef Maggie was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind to everyone! Fresh ingredients made the gnocchi and sauces delicious. Will definitely be trying at home.
