Chef Li’s Chinese soup dumpling class was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! She welcomed us into her beautiful home with such warmth and made the experience both fun and approachable. She was an excellent teacher, guiding us step by step through making soup dumplings, cucumber salad, and hot and sour soup. Each dish was absolutely delicious, and we left the class excited to try making them ourselves at home. Highly recommend…we will definitely be taking more classes with Chef Li in the future!

Chef Li was really helpful. It's REALLY important you have all of the ingredients set up for the class. I had them chopped and measured. It made it so much easier! Chef Li was patient with questions, explained everything clearly, and had great suggestions. Just loved this class. It was a delicious meal.
