Master the art of Italian cooking as you and your team learn how to craft a classic Italian meal. Let Chef Joni guide you through the intricacies of authentic Italian cooking. She’s cooked alongside the locals in Rome, Florence, Milan, and the Piedmont region.
Her traditional Italian menu starts with antipasti — a typical spread of cured meats and vegetables. Learn tips and techniques as you and your colleagues make homemade fettuccine Alfredo from scratch, then create a rich mushroom sausage ragu. The meal ends on a sweet note with a tiramisu recipe straight from Italy and a flavorful sangria mix full of fragrant spices and fruit — just supply your own wine of choice.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
