The tagine, an earthenware pot with a conical lid, is at the heart of classic Moroccan cooking. During this class, Chef Traci will prep you on the essentials of utilizing a tagine to make perfectly spiced Moroccan fare.
Learn Chef Traci’s signature spice blend used to create flavorful Moroccan dishes. Chef Traci will then teach you the slow-braise technique to create a succulent and tender chicken tagine. Mingle over appetizers as your tagine simmers away, then sit with your team in Chef Traci's elegant dining room to celebrate your culinary accomplishments.
