Discover the art of preparing traditional Moroccan food in a tagine!
The tagine, an earthenware pot with a conical lid, is at the heart of classic Moroccan cooking. During this class, Chef Traci will prep you on the essentials of utilizing a tagine to make perfectly spiced Moroccan fare.
Learn Chef Traci’s signature spice blend used to create flavorful Moroccan dishes. Chef Traci will then teach you the slow-braise technique to create a succulent and tender chicken tagine. Mingle over appetizers as your tagine simmers away, then sit with your team in Chef Traci's elegant dining room to celebrate your culinary accomplishments.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Traci's cooking class was an absolute blast! Her home in Berkeley is so spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. I really love Chef Traci's personality and energy. You can tell she is very passionate about cooking and creating beautiful meals with different spices. The chicken tagine was SO flavorful and delicious. To this day, my boyfriend still talks about it! I am looking forward to Chef Traci's next class.

Our team had a great time with Chef Traci! We were all pretty shy about our cooking skills but she made us feel comfortable and empowered that we could make a great meal! Traci was very accommodating and flexible and fun! Highly recommend!

Chef Traci was wonderful and very welcoming. The house and kitchen were cozy, warm, and beautiful. We even got to make and take home our own spice mixture to replicate the meal later in our own kitchens. The food was delicious and everyone had a great time learning and making dinner together. Chef Traci was also great about getting Halal meat for the dinner and in making a vegetarian version for one of our staff members who didn't eat meat. Thanks for a great experience Chef Traci! I am a personal chef and cooking teacher in Berkeley, California. My kitchen is my creative space and the place that I never tire of being in. By creating my own spice blends and sauces, I can easily transform average meals into outstanding ones. I believe everyone deserves to eat flavorful and delicious food.
