Treat your team to a low stress, healthy team building activity. Is everyone on your team burnt out? Join Chef Phoebe for a class designed to alleviate the stress of a busy lifestyle. She invites you and your team to unplug, breath deeply, and relax fully.

She’ll take the first 30 minutes to guide your team through simple stretches and breathing techniques. These will open everyone up to the various smells and tastes in the cooking ahead. You’ll make a custom brunch with vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options that will have your team feeling rested and filled with contentment. You’ll leave with recipes for a healthy, mindful meal.

Chef Phoebe grew up in a food-focused New England family where she began cooking at age 7. Her formal education includes studying French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and at the Culinary Institute of America. She then moved to the Bay Area and started her own personal chef service. Chef Phoebe has cooked for presidential candidates, foreign leaders, and other international figures, and enjoys sharing her love of food through cooking classes.
