Join Chef Gustavo as he introduces your team to classic Italian dishes with Argentinian flair.

When culinary masterpieces from different cultures blend, they create something new and wonderful. In this hands-on team building cooking class, you will work together to prepare a trio of Italian favorites with Argentinian influence.

Chef Gustavo will demonstrate how to make everything from scratch beginning with classic tiramisu with mascarpone cheese, ladyfingers and chocolate, and fresh salmon tartare with capers and avocado. Then, prepare and roll the dough for handmade sorrentinos — an Argentinean ravioli-like dish — filled with spinach and ricotta cheese and topped with a fresh tomato sauce.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
