Join Chef Federico and learn how to transform flour and water into gourmet orecchiette pasta.

In this hands-on class with Chef Federico, you and your team will learn how to prepare a three-course Italian dinner menu featuring handmade orecchiette pasta bookended by a classic Italian appetizer and dessert.

Chef Federico will begin by teaching you how to build eggplant pizzettes. Then, you will begin handcrafting your orecchiette — a rounded pasta named for its ear-like shape that hails from Puglia, a region of Southern Italy — as well as your homemade marinara sauce. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note with a fresh strawberry mousse for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
