This review is done in collaboration with Cozymeal but all opinions are entirely my own. I really enjoy this utility knife. It is the perfect medium between a paring knife, and a chef’s knife. The best use of this petty knife would be for fileting raw fish, or breaking down proteins such as chicken, pork or beef.

First, regarding the knife: it is ferociously sharp, light, and easy to use. The knife is curiously sized, right between a conventional paring knife and a small chef's knife; big enough for most larger slicing, but small enough for fine work. I've used it a fair bit already (cutting on wood) and edge retention is excellent. As for Cozymeal, the order was processed rapidly, and the knife arrived promptly in its original box (inside an appropriately sized package) with the maker's paperwork. Everything was just as it should be!

This thin, agile knife has only three layers, meaning it's light in the hand and easy to work with. We chose it because it's both minimal and efficient. It also features a chrysanthemum design that we absolutely love.
