Indulge with choices like seared scallops with Parmesan and pea purée or crab cakes with Champagne-tarragon sauce. Explore rich and savory land dishes like steak au poivre with truffle roasted potatoes and filet mignon with a red wine mushroom sauce. Decadent desserts like a flourless chocolate cake end the meal.
