Chef Jasmine has prepared a menu of American fare for you to enjoy in this private chef experience. Begin with a flavorful dish of fresh spring greens in miso ginger sauce. For the main dish, Chef Jasmine will prepare fresh cod crusted with Parmesan and panko and finished with a bit of lemon zest with asparagus drizzled in a creamy hollandaise sauce on the side. Then for dessert, enjoy a warm, cinnamon-spiced apple crisp.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
