Experience an elegant homemade Italian meal with a refined and modern touch.
In this private chef experience, Chef JR elevates classic Italian comforts while preserving their heartwarming essence. Begin with a burrata, apple and prosciutto salad drizzled with white balsamic reduction. Delight in braised boneless beef short ribs topped with zesty gremolata and served with a mascarpone polenta cake, oven-dried tomatoes, mushrooms and broccolini. Conclude with torta caprese, a gluten-free Italian chocolate cake with almonds, served with balsamic strawberries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef taught us how to make a pineapple cashew fried rice with curried chicken and talked us through how important it is to have everything prepped in Asian cooking especially when cooking in a wok. He even laid out a chart showing which order things can go in, and he explained everything about the order while teaching the dish.
