WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

A Mediterranean spread of whipped feta mezze, citrus-cured crudo and fire-grilled favorites.

Enjoy the bright, fire-kissed flavors of the Mediterranean with a private chef experience led by Chef Zach, whose live-fire cooking brings bold flavor and thoughtfully sourced ingredients to every plate. The whole evening is handled from start to finish – simply gather at the table and enjoy.

 

The evening opens with a generous mezze board of whipped Feta, muhammara and grilled flatbread, followed by citrus-cured yellowtail crudo with a hint of Fresno chili. The centerpiece is a grilled kebab trio – lamb-beef kofta, lemon-oregano chicken shish and harissa shrimp – served with garlicky toum. A luscious olive oil citrus cake closes the evening on a bright, citrus-forward note. Book this experience today.
