Chef Monica prepares a culinary love letter to her hometown of Florence, Italy in this private chef experience. The menu draws from childhood memories, regional ingredients and local traditions to create an unforgettable meal. Start with a panzanella salad and pasta with cheese. Then choose between classic cacciucco — a soup brimming with the bounty of the sea — or heritage rooster roasted to perfection, both paired with fresh focaccia. Finish with your choice of a traditional dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
