Get a taste of Northern Italy in this elegant feast prepared by Chef Rodney.

In this private chef experience, Chef Rodney will create an authentic three-course meal with fresh and lively ingredients. Begin with a classic buffalo mozzarella and tomato caprese, then, indulge in a savory chicken piccata alla romana with white wine, prosciutto and sage. Finish off with a twist on your classic tiramisu in shooters layered with rich and fragrant coffee, cocoa, lady fingers, mascarpone cheese and vanilla bean.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We loved our evening with Chef Rodney! He had everything ready, explained and demonstrated all the techniques, as well as taught our group with patience. He gave wonderful tips to use in the future as well. He is very professional, knowledgeable and funny. It was our first time doing this and we all would do it again especially if we could have Chef Rodney!
