Private Chef - Taste of Northern Italy
In this private chef experience, Chef Rodney will create an authentic three-course meal with fresh and lively ingredients. Begin with a classic buffalo mozzarella and tomato caprese, then, indulge in a savory chicken piccata alla romana with white wine, prosciutto and sage. Finish off with a twist on your classic tiramisu in shooters layered with rich and fragrant coffee, cocoa, lady fingers, mascarpone cheese and vanilla beans.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
