Private Chef - Italian Seafood Specialities
Join Chef Luca as he prepares a contemporary Italian feast inspired by his passion for seafood. In this private chef experience, you'll begin with royal salmon tartar, a duo of fresh and smoked salmon with capers and avocado. Next up, homemade tagliolini with your choice of seafood and sauce: Salmon alla vodka, buttery lobster, or pimento shrimp. Succulent tuna filet either blackened roasted will follow, along with homemade vanilla gelato.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
