Indulge in three authentic Japanese dishes made from scratch by Chef Rodney.

Whether you enjoy your sushi fresh or cooked, in rolls or served nigiri style, there's no arguing that it's delicious every time. In this private chef experience, Chef Rodney will prepare a variety of rolls filled with spicy tuna, smoked salmon and tempura shrimp, along with green onions, avocado and more. You'll also enjoy chicken and green onion gyoza, and coconut rice pudding spiked with fresh mango.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We absolutely loved Chef Rodney! He was an absolute delight. We booked the private sushi bar for my husband’s birthday and the food was great - the mango rice pudding was a hit with our group. Honestly, we just loved our evening with the Chef! Looking forward to reserving another event.

Hosted #cozymeal cooking class, Seasonal French Fare. Salmon pâté, lamb chops with butternut dauphinoise potatoes, and a chocolate soufflé. Chef Rodney was fantastic, charming, funny, and a great instructor. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening with him. Good wine, good friends, and great food! Everything was very delicious.

He’s cooked for Aretha Franklin, Bill Gates, and President George Bush, and is now helming the kitchen at a classic American fare restaurant, giving new twists to signature items.
