Enjoy a taste of the south in this three-course meal with Chef Ashley.
In this private chef dinner from Chef Ashley, you'll enjoy traditional southern dishes dedicated to family and the region's history. Begin with smoked turkey, collard greens and ho cake. Then move onto fried chicken smothered in rosemary mushroom gravy with a side of whipped potatoes and blistered green beans. Finish your meal with pecan pie crust bark with bourbon caramelized peaches and cinnamon whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

If I could give Chef Ashley 10 stars I would. Throughout the planning and prep process she was thoughtful and communicative. Her service alone up to that point was 5 star worthy. My expectations were very high and the food was sooooo delicious. People were squabbling over the last bites of her delicious salmon and we were talking about her fried chicken days later.

Along with her 14 years of professional experience, she’s spent two years providing in-home private dining experiences. In her free time, she’s perfecting a line of popcorn inspired by Southern desserts.
