Chef Ben steps into the kitchen to prepare joyous Japanese street food selections in this exciting private chef experience. During this custom meal, you'll enjoy gyoza with your choice of pork, chicken or vegetables, a chashu bun filled with pork belly and mixed greens and tonkotsu ramen flavored with scallions and seasoned egg. Close out your delicious dinner with a refreshing round of homemade matcha ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Meet your chef
Chef Ben’s passion for sushi began when he was only 16 years old. While still in high school, he became a sushi chef, and in 2013, he moved to NYC to continue sharpening his skills and mastering the art of Japanese cuisine. By 24, he became the youngest head chef in the restaurant where he worked and helped his family open their own restaurant. Now, Chef Ben looks forward to introducing others to sushi in a creative manner.
