Wonderful and fun time. Chef Ben provided some background of the dishes and we truly enjoyed learning more about Ramen. He is super cordial and great smile. The food was truly amazing. We will do the sushi class next for certain. What a great surprise for my husband and nephew.

Chef Ben’s passion for sushi began when he was only 16 years old. While still in high school, he became a sushi chef, and in 2013, he moved to NYC to continue sharpening his skills and mastering the art of Japanese cuisine.
