Indulge the authentic flavors of Spain with a luxurious dining experience featuring delightful flavors.

During this private chef experience, get ready to immerse in the heart of Spain's gastronomy. Chef Dock will surprise you with a four-course menu featuring customizable Spanish tapas to start.

To start you'll choose two courses of Spanish-style tapas that include patatas bravas and Spanish charcuterie. For your entrée, choose from four variations of a hearty Spanish paella, with seafood, vegetarian and chicken options in mind. End your meal with a luxurious dessert such as a light and spongy Spanish almond cake or zesty citrus flan topped with caramel.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

His instructions were clear, and he shared helpful techniques along the way. The food turned out absolutely delicious, and it was so satisfying to make it ourselves with his guidance. Chef Dock is an amazing and very knowledgeable chef. He not only explained the proper ingredients and showed how to use them but he taught my son and I the techniques for bringing out the best flavor, going into detail about the order in which to add ingredients and timing but also the method for mixing the ingredients themselves. He explained plating, serving and the Thai traditions for presenting multiple courses for a meal. The food was incredibly delicious and I will be incorporating these dishes going forward in my family meal rotation. I did not add a tip here because I tipped him in cash. I highly recommend Chef Dock!

Chef was prompt, friendly, funny, & professional. My husband and I really enjoyed the hands on cooking class. Chef Dock gave us so many great cooking tips. We learned how to cook muscles for the first time and it was a cool experience. The seafood pasta was delicious. The homemade Caesar dressing was to die for. The charcuterie board was fun to make. Last but not least, my husband really enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake. Jist communicate exactly what you want/expect & he will make it happen. We would recommend Chef Doc 10 times over. Chef Doc was personable, knowledgeable AND a lot of fun! Immediately, he engaged us with his friendliness as he unpacked a wagon full of ingredients. We jumped right into the experience, chatting and laughing as we prepped sauces, cut vegetable and learned more about Thai food. What a meal! We feasted and enjoyed every bite of our labors--with LOTS of leftovers, too. We now have the confidence to replicate the flavors of Bangkok on our own! We felt very comfortable having Chef Doc in our home, and hope to request him again.

This is our second experience using Cozymeal. Each has been unique and amazing! Chef Dock was prompt, professional, cordial, engaging, prepared and the food was delicious! Not only did Chef Dock provide an outstanding meal (wedge salad with homemade dressing, incredible surf & turf of lobster tail, shrimp and steak over roasted asparagus and garlic potatoes, finished with a homemade blackberry cobbler), he was a wonderful conversationalist, talking about cooking, his career path and more. This was an outstanding experience. Chef Dock was patient and very detailed with us, but the class just flowed without a hitch. It's didn't feel like a rigorous teaching, but a lighthearted lesson. And in the end, a delicious 4 course meal that I was proud to say I had a hand in preparing.

Wow! Chef Dock was amazing. I was nervous because he was listed as a new chef with Cozymeal but he blew our socks off. Rest assured he has years of experience as a chef before joining Cozymeal and you will taste the expertise. Chef Dock does not disappoint! The food was delectable. My extremely hard-to-impress partner exclaimed it was better than most restaurants, and we have dined with the best.
