You’ll start with crispy, creamy croquettes, followed by Iberian pork tenderloin served in a sweet Andalusian sherry reduction with truffled potato purée and seasonal vegetables. Rounding things off on a sweet note, you’ll enjoy a classic crema Catalana - a silky, citric and cinnamon-infused custard with a torched brûlée-style sugar crust. Fantastic experience! Chef Salvatore arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, made sure everyone was included in the fun, and took care to make the experience super enjoyable for us all! Highly recommended!!
