Enjoy a four-course Italian dinner prepared with a flair for the contemporary in this private chef experience with Chef Radka. It's a menu to enjoy with special loved ones. You'll delight in a traditional Tuscan salad, homemade ravioli served with fresh basil pesto, and steak prepared Sicilian style with garlic and fresh herbs. And for dessert, roasted wine-infused fruit served with fresh cream and mascarpone.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Radka is passionate about cooking and from the beginning of her career she’s cooked to bring the joy of good food to others. She’s worked in restaurants in the Hamptons, was a bartender in NYC and now runs her own catering business. Chef Radka specializes in Eastern European cooking but is a skilled cook in many other cuisines as well, and she is eager to share her passion for cooking with others.
