WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Travel from Mexico to Italy to Puerto Rico and experience the harmony of these cuisines.
Experience the surprising fusion of Mexican, Italian and Puerto Rican cuisines in this private chef experience. Chef Jasmine has curated a creative menu beginning with a fresh avocado salad topped with an avocado lime dressing. Next, dine on flavorful shrimp ceviche with a squeeze of lime. For the main dish, enjoy osso buco, a hearty dish served with polenta. For dessert, try the sweet and fruity piña colada cake with rum sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Avocado and Tomato Salad
With corn, red onions, romaine, cilantro and avocado-lime dressing
Shrimp Ceviche
With avocado, jalapeños, lime, red onions and tomatoes
Osso Buco and Polenta
With veal, onions, beef stock, bay leaves, white wine, celery and carrots
Piña Colada Cake and Rum Sauce
With pineapple, coconut, flour, eggs, sugar and butter
