In this upscale private chef experience, Chef Pierre will prepare for you a nine-course menu inspired by The French Laundry restaurant. Chef Pierre showcases his Michelin star expertise with each dish, including oysters Rockefeller, bacon-wrapped prawns with goat cheese, foie gras, lamb chops with red wine sauce and Chilean sea bass with braised leeks and citrus glaze. For dessert, sink your fork into a decadent hot chocolate soufflé.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
