Your romantic dinner begins with the delightful bite-sized hors d'oeuvres, followed by a decadent roasted butternut bisque or a light, crisp winter harvest salad. For your entrées, choose between linguine and scallops coated in brandy cream sauce or ancho-rubbed steak. Our cooking class with Chef Kiersten was so fun! She had incredible patience with our group and the mix of skill levels we brought to the class. Plus we ended up with five delicious recipes to try again at home and way too much food to eat in one night. We had a blast and it was the perfect way to celebrate my mom’s birthday!

We just stopped by to look in and we had to get a snack. We got the Tater Nachos and they were excellent. We will differently stop by again when we are up there to try more food and drinks. We loved the concept.
