Enjoy a menu featuring the warm, creamy, and crispy favorites of the South with Chef Sami.
In this private chef experience, Chef Sami will prepare for you a variety of favorites from North and South Carolina, and Georgia, beginning with sherry crab soup, and fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese. Next, savor a shrimp and bacon stew with rice and peppers, and apple pie spiced with cinnamon and served with vanilla ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Meet your chef
Chef Sami has had culinary talent in his blood since childhood. After learning how to cook at a young age, Chef Sami was accepted into a culinary arts high school where he excelled tremendously. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in food science and hospitality, has worked in many culinary realms, and has earned many achievements. Most recently, Chef Sami's team at his company held the highest food quality score, setting a national record!
