Private Chef - A Festive New Year’s Eve Meal
Watch the ball drop with decadent food in hand, surrounded by friends and family.
Ring in the new year with a luxurious meal prepared by Chef Quintin in your home. Start the year off with some luck trying a black-eyed pea and collard greens soup or seasonal green salad for an appetizer. You'll have your choice of entrée plus two homemade sides of your choice. Finish with one of two decadent desserts sweeter than a New Year's champagne toast.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

He's shared his culinary skills with diners all along the Florida coastline, from Miami to Daytona beach, and in beautiful Grand Cayman. He enjoys hosting special events and private chef experiences, showcasing his expertise in various styles of cuisine, including burgers and BBQ, southern fare and flavorful island favorites. Chef Quintin is eager to impart his knowledge onto aspiring chefs of all skill levels.
