Experience an authentic Southern feast prepared for your enjoyment in this private chef experience with Chef Quintin. You'll enjoy an appetizer of Carolina-style deviled eggs — an invention of Chef Quintin's very own making — pork ribs slathered in two types of BBQ sauce and a savory smoked brisket served with rolls and classic macaroni and cheese. For dessert, delight in a luscious lemon pound cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I highly recommend Chef Quintin. He is professional and knowledgeable. His menus are fantastic and he is really well-versed in a variety of cuisines. I look forward to working with Chef Quintin next time I'm in the Orlando area.

Quintin made us feel so relaxed. It was such an incredible experience - The food was delicious, he was incredibly prepared- our Airbnb didn’t have lots but he was able to still make an incredible meal. Food was timely and well paced - courses were delicious! We loved having him. He would be an excellent addition to any event!
