You'll enjoy an appetizer of Carolina-style deviled eggs — an invention of Chef Quintin's very own making — pork ribs slathered in two types of BBQ sauce and a savory smoked brisket served with rolls and classic macaroni and cheese. For dessert, delight in a luscious lemon pound cake.

Quintin prepared a fabulous meal in our home. The French onion soup was the best I’ve ever had— and I’ve had a lot of French onion soups. The steak was perfectly cooked and the prepared peppercorn sauce and sides were perfection. The creme brûlée for dessert was indulgent but well balanced with the prepared jam. He was incredibly polite and brought all required ingredients and cookware, and cleaned everything as he went. Overall an incredible experience and would certainly book him again.
