Dine like the stars do with a sumptuous spread fit for the rich and famous.

It's a red carpet-worthy dinner for you and your friends in this private chef experience, courtesy of Chef Quintin. Throughout the high-class meal, you will enjoy an opulent selection of delicious dishes prepared with glamour in mind.

 

Your dinner includes a classic wedge salad, creamy lobster bisque featuring brandy and crème fraîche and a crispy duck breast entrée with caramelized broccolini and fondant potatoes. For dessert, savor an artfully deconstructed apple pie.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

This was our first time hiring a chef. Doing something different for our 12th anniversary. We enjoyed the experience and the surf and turf menu was fresh and tasty. Quintin was professional, prepared, and punctual. We're already planning to do it again. Next time, we'll invite a few friends!

Quintin prepared a meal for the 4 of us while we were on vacation. He prepared the Caesar salad, filet with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes, plus the crème brûlée. It was all absolutely delicious! We said it was such a nice way to enjoy a good meal. We were able to eat an excellent meal in the comfort of our rental home with first class service. Would absolutely recommend visitors to or residents of Orlando to treat themselves to a great meal with Quintin!

Quintin prepared a fabulous meal in our home. The French onion soup was the best I’ve ever had— and I’ve had a lot of French onion soups. The steak was perfectly cooked and the prepared peppercorn sauce and sides were perfection. The creme brûlée for dessert was indulgent but well balanced with the prepared jam. He was incredibly polite and brought all required ingredients and cookware, and cleaned everything as he went. Overall an incredible experience and would certainly book him again.
