Chef Deaundra, a native Bahamian, will create an eclectic menu of island favorites starting with conch fritters paired with a spicy aioli. Next, a crispy fried whole snapper teeming with island spices and served on a bed of fluffy rice with coleslaw on the side. Finish with a decadent pound cake topped with caramelized pineapples or rich rum.
