Private Chef - Signature Dishes From the Bahamas
Take a culinary trip to the Bahamas in this private chef experience and try sensational and fresh ingredients. Chef Deaundra, a native Bahamian, will create an eclectic menu of island favorites starting with conch fritters paired with a spicy aioli. Next, a crispy fried whole snapper teeming with island spices and served on a bed of fluffy rice with coleslaw on the side. Finish with a decadent pound cake topped with caramelized pineapples or rich rum.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
