This classic pad Thai-making kit includes a package of rice stick noodles, fresh garlic, a shallot, chopped sweet radishes, seasoning sauce (fish sauce, palm sugar and tamarind), ground roasted peanuts and dried Thai chili powder.

What you'll get in the kit:
Rice stick noodles

What you'll need to get:
Vegetable, canola, sunflower or peanut oil
Your choice of meat (1 chicken breast, 8 oz shrimp or 8 oz firm brown tofu)
Green onions
Bean sprouts

Kitchen Equipment

Large nonstick skillet or wok
Big mixing bowl

Prep Work Details

1. Soak the rice stick noodles in warm water for at least 15-30 minutes before class. Leave in the water until ready to use. 2. Prepare garlic, shallot, green onions, lime, as well as your preferred protein. 3. Nonstick pan or nonstick wok is best to make pad Thai.
