Online Cooking Class - Iconic New Orleans Recipes

Join Chef Tracy and learn how to make three of New Orleans' most iconic dishes.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Tracy, you will learn how to prepare three authentic New Orleans dishes, including a secret family recipe seafood gumbo brimming with shrimp, crab, snapper and oysters. You can also look forward to learning how to build layers of flavor in a traditional New Orleans seafood phyllo cups appetizer as well as the secret to turning out New Orleans-style beignets complete with a dusting of powdered sugar.

Chef Tracy's knowledge of food, nutrition, and how each seasoning brought the best flavor to the food was amazing! Not only did I get to bring New Orleans to my kitchen, I learned how each food and seasoning affected my body. She taught us how different substitutions did not work well with regards to causing inflammation to the body or even reacting with medications. She was so patient with my 11 year old son who served as my sous chef. We had an incredible evening.

She's taught hands-on cooking and nutrition courses for conferences and major companies, including two large grocery store brands.
