I booked this class as a celebration for my friend’s birthday at the last minute. Fernanda was very accommodating to our last minute scheduling and responded immediately. She has a true passion for healthy eating and being vegan. We are not vegan but we’re intrigued by learning something new and being healthy. She is very personable and answered all our questions about understanding these new ingredients we are not used to cooking with. I am excited to incorporate some of those healthy options in some of my baking at home. Her place was perfect for our group and got to meet her adorable dog. I would recommend to you even if you aren’t vegan she may surprise you with her recipes. We even left with extra treats to take home to our family that she packed up. Our favorite were the double chocolate fudge cookies and peanut butter cookies. You have to try them!
