Chef Erick and his assistants did an amazing job guiding us. We made a delicious NY strip steak with an olive tapenade, sautéed shrimp, small roasted potatoes and an absolutely delicious Panna cotta. We had such a fun and informative time and learned some skills which will be very handy. Can’t wait sign up for more classes! Thanks Chef Erick and staff!

Excellent evening - We will definitely apply what we learned at home - making the pasta was especially fun! Chef Kelly is an enthusiastic and fun teacher. We want to come back to learn how to make dumplings and pastries!
