Caylie Herrmann is a writer, editor, artist, and traveler. Having completed an undergraduate degree in English at Salisbury University, she undertook her MFA in Creative Writing at Eastern Washington University. Here, she also worked for the literary magazine Willow Springs as a web and social media editor. She's also a published poet, and her work can be found in Harpur Palate, The Minnesota Review, and elsewhere.

Outside of writing, Caylie enjoys traveling to new cities where she participates in as many activities as possible, including trying lots of tasty vegetarian foods. Notable places she has spent a significant amount of time include Ocean City, MD and Spokane, WA. She has additionally traveled frequently to Seattle, Portland,  Idaho, Savannah, Atlanta, Miami, Philadelphia, London, NYC, Baltimore, and Tampa/St. Pete.

After spending several years in the Pacific Northwest, she's now residing in Philadelphia and looking for the best kitschy bars and plant-based junk food in the city.
