As a birthday gift to my my husband, I reached out to Cozymeal to have Chef Joss show us how to make a Spanish Pallela. Chef Joss reached out before the event to ensure we had everything ready including a delicious sangria. She sent the recipe early so we could let it chill for a few hours before the meal, which worked out well because we were also able to enjoy a glass while preparing the meal! She was on time, a great conversationalist and very informative on new techniques. The food was delicious and she even cleaned all the dishes and kitchen while we enjoyed the meal! We’d highly recommend Cozymeal and specifically Chef Joss!

Chef Joss was extremely professional and a great teacher. She was very patient walking us through each step and the presentation at the end was beautiful! We were pleasantly surprised that she even cleaned up while we enjoyed our meal! Would highly recommend taking a class from Chef Joss to any of our family or friends.
