Take your taste buds on a journey of light dishes bursting with fresh Thai flavors.

Thai cuisine expresses the warm, refreshing, and relaxed aspects of the culture. In this hands-on class, Chef Ja'Nel will give you a taste of this culture by sharing with you her favorite dishes that she learned to prepare in Thailand.

Chef Ja'Nel's vibrant three-course menu is built around the four fundamental flavor profiles: spicy, sweet, salty, and sour. As you work your way through preparing dishes of tom kha gai, plump prawns in yellow curry, and mango sticky rice, Chef Ja'Nel will reveal the simplicity behind the complex flavor profiles.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ja'Nel makes cooking a restaurant quality meal very accessible to the home cook. Cooking with her is fun and everything ALWAYS taste delicious. I would take every class she offers if I had the time.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Is there anything this chef can't do?? Chef Ja'Nel is absolutely amazing and her food is out of this world scrumptious! She is a natural born teacher and takes time to make your sessions personalized and most of all fun. Pour up a glass of wine and let the laughs begin. You should take advantage and schedule a class while you can. She is truly gifted and I bet she will be completely booked soon. Best food ever!! Thank you so much for the tasty and delicious food!

Chef Ja'Nel is by far one of the best chefs I've had the pleasure to order meals from. Ive enjoyed over 60 different dishes and each dish was amazingly delicious. Her meals are seasoned to perfection and have some of the best flavor combinations. Highly recommended!
