In this hands-on class, join Chef Maria for an exploration of modern, classic, and ancient Greek dishes from both the mainland and the Greek islands. After class, you will have everything you need to recreate these recipes at home!
With the expert guidance and food wisdom of Gourmand Award winning Chef Maria, as well as a little history and lively storytelling, you will work your way through an authentic three-course Greek menu. You will make each dish completely from scratch using only the freshest organic staple ingredients of Greek cuisine.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
