WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to give rustic Italian favorites an elegant upgrade without sacrificing their charm.
In this hands-on class, Chef Steve brings an impressive three-course Italian menu to the table for you to prepare.

You will begin with deeply golden and crispy polenta cakes that have a remarkable way of soaking up other flavors around it. For the main course, you will continue to learn how to toe the line between rustic and elegant with a fresh and zesty shrimp linguine dish. For dessert, enjoy the irresistible sweetness of a homemade sweet potato mousse complete with spiced rum chantilly cream and balsamic candied pecans.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Steve's dishes all had flavor profiles that are unique to his style of cooking.
