Chef Cregg's four-course menu has been designed to help you to master some remarkable and advanced cooking techniques, and take you on a journey all the way from Thailand to China. From Thai-style crepes to beautiful homemade buns to a spicy green papaya salad and finally, to deliciously crispy peanut cookies, this exotic and exciting class is sure to inspire.
