Cooking Class - Global Street Food Small Bites
In this hands-on class with Chef Cregg, you will work to create an impressive array of seasonal-inspired global street fare centered around small bite appetizers meant to be shared.
Chef Cregg's four-course menu has been designed to help you to master some remarkable and advanced cooking techniques, and take you on a journey all the way from Thailand to China. From Thai-style crepes to beautiful homemade buns to a spicy green papaya salad and finally, to deliciously crispy peanut cookies, this exotic and exciting class is sure to inspire.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
