Embark on a culinary cruise through the Mediterranean in this unique cooking class. Join Chef Patti in this engaging class that is sure to be exciting and delicious. Cook your way through a four-course meal starting with a crisp Greek wedge salad topped with a flavorful Greek dressing. Add a refreshing white bean and feta salad to accompany your seafood en papillote (in parchment) featuring fresh seasonal fish and a variety of colorful vegetables. Complete your cooking adventure with a dessert of fragrant lemon biscotti with a zesty lemon drizzle.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had the privilege to host a cooking class party at my home. Patti arrived a little early to set up, came well equipped with everything that was needed. Food was delicious we all had a really nice time!

Patti is a wonderful instructor in the kitchen, and makes cooking fun and easy to follow! She will make your gathering one to remember! As for the food- out of this world. Her repertoire of recipes is delicious and has something for everyone. I highly recommend Patti and any of her services!

We had such yummy food and it was a great opportunity to learn and hone in on our cooking skills in a fun and friendly environment. Chef Patti is incredibly helpful and friendly, offering tips along the way. I would definitely do this again.
