Take your taste buds on a journey through Italy with simple spices and fresh ingredients.
In this hands-on class, Chef Daeva will be your guide as you work through a soul-warming Italian menu.
Start with a tomato soup that delights the palate while warming the heart on cold Georgia nights. As you enjoy the soup, your nose will be filled with the aroma of tender braised beef tenderloin tips marinating in red wine and waiting to be served alongside a toothsome mushroom, spinach, and saffron risotto. The journey concludes with a tiramisu loaded with it's classic combination of ingredients and kissed with dark chocolate shavings.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
