Cooking Class - Four Courses of French Flair

Learn the skills and techniques of French cookery and how to execute them with flair.

The French are known for cooking with flair and in this hands-on class, Chef Daeva will show you how it's done as you prepare an authentic, four-course French menu.

Begin by awakening the palate with an authentic French onion soup that demonstrates how meals can be made out of everyday ingredients. Then, learn the age-old art of en papillote by creating a statement-making fish en papillote that will emerge succulent and saturated with flavor while served alongside a hearty braised cabbage. End with an elegant and classic French opera torte.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
