Cooking Class - Three Course Provencal Meal
In this hands-on class, Chef Shelley guides you on a journey through the bounty of traditional Provencal cuisine using fresh vegetables and herbs from the region.
Chef Shelley will share the secret to crafting ratatouille with an emphasis on fresh herbs de Provence. Next, you'll slowly roast a juicy organic chicken to perfection, adding forty cloves of garlic, white wine, brandy and white vermouth until a decadent sauce forms to be sopped up with crusty French bread. Wrap up the class by preparing a flourless chocolate cake with fresh whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
