Cooking Class - Three Course Provencal Meal
In this hands-on class, Chef Shelley guides you on a journey through the bounty of traditional Provencal cuisine.
This class will demonstrate the proper ratatouille technique with an emphasis on herbs de Provence. You'll then roast an infamous second dish using organic chicken, garlic, white wine, brandy and white vermouth until a decadent sauce forms to be sopped up with crusty French bread. Class ends with a flourless chocolate cake with fresh whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
