In this hands-on class, Chef Adam taps into his own culinary adventures through Italy as he walks you through the basics of this deliciously iconic cuisine.
You will begin by learning how fresh mozzarella is really meant to taste while its still warm, as you craft beautiful, hand-pulled mozzarella cheese pinwheels. Then, a classic carbonara from scratch will prove to you that all the hard work and patience need to make homemade pasta is more than worth it. End by learning the foundational skills to build the traditional Italian tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
