Do you dream of lemongrass? Crave coconut? Learn to master your mortar with Chef Danielle in this hands-on class. A sampling of lesser-known Northern Thai dishes, this class will teach the techniques for creating authentic Thai flavors using widely available ingredients.
Take a step beyond typical pad Thai and learn to create a classic Chiang Mai menu, complete with a freshly opened coconut! You'll learn to make a mouthwatering Khao Soi curry, stir-fried prawns with tamarind sauce, spicy cabbage salad, and a classic Thai dessert of coconut sticky rice.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
